Firm favourites have returned to our winter menu, alongside a few new additions. Every burger is served on a sourdough brioche bun from Bäckerei, with thick-cut chips as a side. Choose from beef, wagyu, chicken or a plant-based alternative that more than earns its place. All made to order, with the kind of char and juiciness that only comes from quality ingredients, cooked right.
New to the seasonal winter menu is a small format burger meal making a big statement: three free-range venison sliders, smashed and served with a rich béarnaise sauce and caramelised BBQ onions. Not a burger but impossible to ignore is the Bavarian. It's a bockwurst, in a sourdough brioche bun, with real snap, deep flavours and the kind of richness that makes sense this time of year.
