Goats’ Cheese Balls Rolled in Honey & Nuts paired with The First Lady Dry Rosé

Serves six / Portions 12 balls

  • 200g goats’ cheese
  • 100ml runny honey
  • 50g roasted almonds, chopped
  • 50g roasted walnuts, chopped
  • 4 chives, finely chopped
  • 1ml salt
  • 1 packet of multigrain crackers (optional)
  1. Roll the goats’ cheese into 12 evenly sized balls, and allow them to firm up in the fridge for 30 minutes. Coat each ball in honey, and roll in a mixture of the nuts, chives and salt.
  2. Firm up in the fridge once more before serving the goats’ cheese balls with multigrain crackers.
