Sticky Pork Ribs

Ingredients
1kg pork ribs
250ml soy sauce
100ml brown sugar
60ml rice wine vinegar
5ml freshly cracked black pepper
10ml sirracha sauce
5ml chili flakes
5ml crushed garlic
10ml grated ginger
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Cover a deep roasting tray in foil and place the ribs into the tray.
Place all of the sauce ingredients into a clean jam jar and shake to mix well.
Pour the sauce over the ribs and cover the tray with more foil.
Place into the preheated oven and cook for +/- 1 hour.
Remove the foil and place back into the oven and turn the temperature up to 220°C.
Allow to caramelize for a further 10 minutes.
Cut into individual ribs and serve with a side of your choice.
