All platters are served with freshly baked herbed flatbread, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Vegan Platter

Sundried tomato pesto, hummus with Za’tar spice, babaganoush, basil infused roasted red peppers, Afghan Pumpkin, Chinese green beans, pickled coleslaw, marinated olives.

Cheese Platter

Boerenkaas, gorgonzola, Chevin, grana Padano, roast apple and pear compote, strawberry preserve, green figs, mix nuts, spiced honey, rocket leaves.

Charcuterie Platter

Beef Carpaccio, salami, parmaham, biltong shavings, sundried tomato pesto, olive tapenade, rocket, melon, honey mustard cream, pickled cucumber ribbons.


Flammkuchen (literally “flame cake”) is a bread dough that has been rolled out flat, topped with crème fraiche and various toppings and baked in an oven for a few minutes.

The Babe – R100

Thin flat bread base topped with crème fresh, crispy bacon, Pele Pele peppadews, caramelised onion topped with fresh rocket.
